It has been a long time coming, at least it has for us. Cineclectic has been in gestation and soft development for 6-12 months now, and we are very excited to finally get it online in its embryonic form. It’s great to finally be able to talk publicly about a project that we are passionate about and to share our ideas with others.
So what is Cineclectic? The name should be a bit of a clue, cine & eclectic. This is the definition we came up with several months ago: “Cineclectic is a video content web site featuring Hi-Def interviews with experts & experimenters in the areas of sound, image & web”. It’s a bit dry, but enough to be getting on with. We’d rather show than tell - that’s kinda’ the point!
And anyway, trying to define it in advance works against our desire to have an eclectic mix of interviews and videos about innovation. Let’s work it out as we go!
