Jan 2nd - Went to Museum Of Modern Art, New York. It was free to get in, being a Friday evening, so the queues were round the block. It’d be much easier to pay! The museum is stunning, the building itself is as impressive as the artworks it houses. I took some photos of me looking at people looking at art.

Jan 6th.  Met with Ali McMordie, bassist with legendary Northern Irish punk rock band ‘Stiff Little Fingers’.  Ali also now runs a music industry consultancy firm in New York specializing in tour management. accountancy and production with clients including Rufus Wainwright and Moby - who he also joined onstage to play bass.  The first single I ever owned was a copy of the NI punk anthem ‘Alternative Ulster’ by ‘Stiff Little Fingers’ with ‘78 Revolutions A Minute’ on the B-side!
